Using this website

These terms govern use of the Freightskills LLC public website and its educational materials. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Specific purchase or signed service terms govern the services they describe and prevail if they conflict with these general terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Educational purpose

Our articles, videos, guides, templates, workshops, and AI examples provide general business education. They are not legal, tax, insurance, financial, customs, or regulatory advice and do not create a professional advisory relationship. Freight requirements, rates, and technology change. Verify information and seek qualified advice for your circumstances before making operating decisions.

Examples illustrate a process, not a promise of results. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, customers, licensing approval, carrier performance, or a particular business outcome. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and require human review. Do not submit customer, carrier, employee, or other confidential information to third-party AI tools without appropriate authority and safeguards.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may read and watch our public content and use downloaded resources for your own learning and internal business work. You may share links to our public pages. Unless a resource expressly grants broader rights, you may not resell, redistribute, publish, rebrand, or commercially license our content or recordings without written permission. Any third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. You retain ownership of information you submit and authorize us to use it only to handle your request and as described in our privacy policy.

Responsible use

Use accurate contact details you are authorized to provide. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful content, send spam, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or harvest personal information. Do not share private student credentials. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, or violations, subject to applicable law and any purchased access rights.

Third-party services

YouTube, Skool, Google, email providers, and linked websites operate independently and have their own terms. A link does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of their services. The community invitation is optional and is not a condition of receiving a free resource.

Purchases and access

Any paid offer must disclose its price, included services, access period, payment terms, and applicable cancellation or refund terms before purchase. See the workshop purchase terms for workshop-specific information. The current public cart is a preview and does not accept payments or place orders. Do not assume a public resource or email invitation includes coaching, implementation, certification, or lifetime access unless the offer expressly says so.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, public educational content is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for how you use it. To the extent permitted by law, Freightskills LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the free public website. These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liabilities and consumer protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Questions, disputes, and changes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. New Jersey law applies to these terms to the extent it does not override mandatory protections available where you live. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. Changes apply prospectively; material changes will be communicated where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
